How to Order

Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail, or online.

Payments may be made with a purchase order from a recognized institution, a cheque or money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).

To Order By Phone
Call Jaguar at 1-800-941-5006, and tell us the titles and item numbers of the products you want to order.

To Order Online
Submit your order using our secure electronic order form. Each product has an "Add to Cart" option which allows you to add the product to your shopping cart. When you have selected all the products you wish to order, hit the "Checkout" button on your shopping cart page. You will then be asked for your shipping address and payment information. Once those sections are complete, you will see a "Review Order" page listing all your order information. When you have reviewed the information, you are ready to submit your order electronically.

Online customers can set up an account using an e-mail address and a password as identification. When returning customers sign in again, addresses from past orders can be quickly selected and used again to make the checkout process quicker. Alternatively, the returning customer can choose to create a new address and payment method.

To Order By Mail or Fax
Follow the steps listed above in the "Order Online" instructions. When you reach the "Review Order" page, print it out and mail the order to:

If necessary, you may submit the printout to your purchasing department, or use the printout to create a requisition form. Individual product descriptions can also be printed to supplement the order form.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Canpar or if necessary Canada Post. Please call 1-800-941-5006 to request express delivery, or to make other delivery arrangements. Please note that additional fees may apply.
